Title: Review of the 2023 Cameroon international Film Festival, award winners and best photos from event

The Cameroon international Film Festival abbreviated Camiff kicked off on the 25th of April at the Prestigious Buea Mountain Hotel and lasted five days.

The event lasted five days as it was aimed at educating the local community about the film culture , helping filmmaking aspirants hone their craft and enhance the growth of the film industry.

The event was attended by Cameroon minister of arts and culture bidoung Kpwatt, Governor of the South West region Bernard Okala Bilai, Egyptian filmmaker Miss Marwa Ali Elsharkawi from Egypt. Top Cameroon actors, comedians, musicians were also present at the ceremony.

The five day event was divided into many categories which include Cultural night, White Part, Mask Gala Party, Bus tour and visit to Paramount chief of Limbe and finally the award ceremony which took place yesterday.

(Audience Choice Award) – Aunty Felicia
5. Best Overall Actor – Jimmy Jean Louis.
6. – Best Overall Actress – Nimo Loveline.
7. – Best Cameroon Film – The Planters Plantation.
8. – Best Cameroon Actor – Duala Duala.
9. – Best Cameroon Actress – Stephanie Tum .
10. – Best Short Film Cameroon – Dibumbe
