Libianca becomes 2nd Cameroonian in history to feature on Billboard Hot 100 as her song People debuts #91 on the list
Libianca has set another record as she earns her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with her song “People” debuting at #91, making her only the second Cameroonian artist to feature on the list.

The first Cameroonian artist to ever feature on the list was Late Manu Dibango, whose single “Soul Makossa” peaked at number 35 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1973.
Libianca’s song “People” currently ranks at number 91 on the chart. Since the release of the song, she has been breaking and setting records. She recently became the Cameroonian artist with the most viewed song on YouTube, with over 76 million views, surpassing Franko’s “Coller La Petit”. The song also currently has over 200 million streams on Spotify. Libianca has a total of 17.1 million monthly listeners on Spotify, putting her behind only Rema and Burna Boy in Africa.
